It is used to notch V groove of industrial cardboard, gray board.
It adopt new feeding cardboard instruction.
Put the cardboard on the (diameter of 60 cm) cylinder surface, make sure the notch position accurate, no bias, groove line straightforward.
With High accurate, high speed, knife durable.
Performance:
1. Slotting effect: There is no edges, no dust, V groove surface smooth.
2. Environmental protection and energy saving: The total power 3kw, after notching cardboard the waste material can recyle (sell recycling material can pay for the electricity consumption and the knife cost).
3. Production efficiency: Feeding cardboard by manual in 8 hours can produce about 10, 000 boxes.
4. Knife durable: With a special Grinding (easy), mill a knife only need 1.5-2 minutes. Customers can mill the knife by themselves.
5. Adjustable knife angle: Two independent knives fixture with a fixed blade, different angles no need to make the knife, it can regulate on the machine.
